1. Who we are

DAMO is operated by Protocol Holdings Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea). This policy explains what we collect through damolive.com and the DAMO API and MCP server at api.damolive.com.

2. No accounts

The DAMO API and MCP server need no account, sign-in or API key. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details to use them.

3. What the API and MCP server process

To run the free daily limit and protect the service, our server uses the IP address of each request in memory to count requests. These counters are reset every UTC day and are not written to our logs.

For usage statistics we record one line per request with: a pseudonymous ID, the request path, the symbols and timeframes requested, the response status and size, the client software name (for example the first word of the User-Agent) and, for MCP, the client name and protocol version it reports. The pseudonymous ID is a keyed hash of the first part of the IP address and the client software name. We do not record the full IP address in these lines.

These usage lines are kept in a private storage bucket and deleted automatically after 90 days. Daily totals derived from them (for example the number of clients and requests) contain no IP addresses and may be kept longer.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs, which include the IP address and User-Agent, for operation and security. These are kept for a limited period under the provider’s default settings.

4. What the website processes

damolive.com is hosted by Framer. When you visit, Framer processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

5. Why we use this data

Only to deliver the service, apply the free daily limit, prevent abuse, fix errors and understand overall usage. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not build profiles of individuals.

6. Service providers

We use Google Cloud (hosting, storage and logs) and Framer (website hosting). They process data on our behalf to provide these services. We do not otherwise share data with third parties unless required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can use DAMO without giving us any personal information. You may ask us about, or ask us to delete, data related to you; because we keep only pseudonymous IDs, we may need details such as the approximate time of your requests to find them.

8. Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
